Listing Process from START to SOLD!

Our Step by Step Road Map for Selling Your Home

Your listing agent will be your first contact, but once you sign your listing agreement, you will move on to step 1-5 with our Admin Team. Offers and negotiations will be handled by your listing agent, and once under contract, your main point of contact will become Jill (Step 6) who will take you from contract to close.

Step 1

Establish Listing

Emily White, Brevard Team's Listing Manager, will assist with gathering signed paperwork, follow up with additional documentation and setting up your timeline.

Step 2

Coming Soon

Once you sign the listing agreement, we can list your home as a Coming Soon to build anticipation among potential buyers, while pressure testing our pricing strategy - all without accruing days on market.

Step 3

Photoshoot

A professional photographer will take photos of your home and your listing agent will install the lockbox on your property. The photos will be used for MLS and digital marketing.

Step 4

Marketing Your Home

Your agent will utilize our Compass marketing tools, to target the right audience across the most effective channels. Our cohesive brand identity will elevate the style and story of your home.

Step 5

Listing Is Live

Your agent will activate your listing on MLS, Compass, Zillow and showings will begin. In-person or a virtual Open House may be scheduled to coincide with Go Live Date.

Step 6

Contract To Close

Jill Mickey, Transaction Coordinator, will communicate once an offer is accepted and will process all transaction paperwork and monitor all deadlines and parameters of the contract through to closing.
